  • 1 cups (190 grams, 6.70 ounces) brown sugar light or dark
  • 1 cup water

Instructions
 

  • In a small saucepan place both the brown sugar and water. Stir until the brown sugar is completely dissolved and bring to a boil over medium to high heat.
  • Cook at a rapid boil for 8 to 10 minutes. Stir occasionally. Then, turn off heat.
  • Allow the syrup to cool completely before you store it.

Store in a sealed glass jar or container for 1 to 2 weeks.
