Made with creamy oats, the delicious chocolate hazelnut spread Nutella, and milk, these oats are a great way to satisfy your sweet cravings and fuel your day.
¼cup(60 grams, 2.12 ounces) Greek yogurt, or plant based yogurt
½cup(120 grams/ml, 4.23 ounces) milk of choice
1tablespoon(12 grams, 0.423 ounces) chia seeds or basil seeds
1tablespoonmaple syrupor to taste
1teaspoonvanilla extractor to taste
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the oats, Nutella, yogurt, milk of choice, seeds, maple syrup and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
Taste for flavor and adjust to your liking by adding more maple syrup or vanilla.
Transfer the mixture to a glass, breakfast bowl, or mason jar. Seal and store in the refrigerator overnight.
Serve plain or with toppings of your choice.
Notes
