Ingredients
  

For The Smoothie Bowl

  • ½ cup (50 grams, 1.76 ounces) oats quick oats or old fashioned oats
  • 60 grams (2.12 ounces) small banana
  • 2 teaspoons peanut butter smooth or crunchy
  • ¼ cup (62ml/grams, 2.19 ounces) milk of choice
  • 1 ½ teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup (60 grams, 2.12 ounces) Greek yogurt
  • 1 ½ tablespoons maple syrup or honey or to taste
  • 110 grams (3.88 ounces) silken tofu
  • Pinch of salt

Toppings (optional)

  • Banana
  • Puffed Rice
  • Chocolate sauce
  • Crushed peanuts
  • Chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients for the smoothie bowl in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour liquid into a bowl, and garnish with optional toppings. Serve.

Notes

For a dairy free smoothie bowl, replace the Greek yogurt with equal amount of silken tofu.
