Ingredients

¼cup(60 grams, 2.12 ounces) lime juice (about 2 to 3 limes)

1tablespoon(7 grams, 0.25 ounces) ground sumac
½teaspoonsea saltor to taste

Instructions
Place all ingredients in a food processor. Blend all ingredients together until they are smooth. Taste for seasoning and adjust seasonings to your liking.
Remove from food processor and store in a jar with a lid or a glass jug.
Notes
This recipe makes 275 grams (9.70 ounces) of sumac dressing. This serves about 4 to 6 people. The ingredients can easily be adjusted to suit how many serves you need.
