- 325 grams (11.46 ounces) canned flaked tuna in oil, brine, or spring water, drained
- 100 grams (3.53 ounces) cream cheese (brick style) softened and cubed
- 2 teaspoons lime or lemon juice or to taste
- ¼ cup (50 grams, 1.76 ounces) spring onions (green onions) roughly chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ⅓ cup heavy whipping cream
Place the drained canned tuna, cream cheese, lime or lemon juice, chopped spring onions, and salt and pepper in a food processor. Blend until combined (see note 1).
Add the heavy whipping cream and mix until just combined (see note 2).
Once mixed, taste for seasoning. If you want to add more salt or pepper, or lime or lemon juice, add some and then mix again. Serve.
1. Alternatively, you could use a bowl to mix your ingredients together.
2. If you want your dip to be thinner, add a bit more heavy whipping cream.
