Ingredients

  • ½ cup (40 grams, 1.41 ounces) Oats quick cooking or rolled oats
  • 1 ½ cups Milk of choice
  • 2 tablespoons (30 grams, 1.06 ounces) Biscoff spread smooth or crunchy, or to taste

Instructions

  • Place the oats and milk in a medium sized saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil, stir occasionally. Once boiling, reduce the heat and cook on low for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • When the oats are soft, turn off the heat. Stir through the Biscoff spread until it is melted through. Allow to cool slightly and then serve (see note 1).

Notes

1. The Biscoff porridge will thicken as it cools. If you want your porridge to be thinner, mix through some milk.
Topping ideas:
  • Fresh fruit and berries such as blueberries, strawberries, or banana,
  • Crushed biscoff biscuits,
  • Extra biscoff spread,
  • Chocolate sauce or caramel sauce,
  • Compote,
  • Chopped nuts such as pistachios or almonds.
