Instructions
Remove the skin of your banana. In a small bowl, mash the banana. Set aside.
In a mixing bowl, place the oats, yogurt, milk of choice, seeds, ground cinnamon, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and mashed banana. Mix until well combined.
Taste for flavor and adjust to your liking by adding more maple syrup or vanilla.
Transfer the mixture to a glass, breakfast bowl, or mason jar. Seal and store in the refrigerator overnight.
