For the Smoothie Bowl

  • 75 grams (2.64 ounces) blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 50 grams (1.76 ounces) silken tofu
  • ¼ cup (60 grams, 2.12 ounces) Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup (62ml/grams, 2.19 ounces) milk of choice
  • 60 grams (2.12 ounces) small banana
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or sweetener of choice

Toppings (optional)

  • Yogurt
  • Puffed rice
  • Fresh fruit
  • Granola

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour smoothie into a bowl. Garnish with optional toppings if desired. Serve.
