- 360 grams (12.70 ounces) ground turkey
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- 150 grams (5.30 ounces) canned chickpeas, drained
- 4 ½ cups (1250ml/grams, 44 ounces) of chicken stock, vegetable stock, or water
- 1– 2 bay leaves
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce or to taste
- ½ cup (40 grams, 1.41 ounces) green (spring) onions finely chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
